The Oldham evening Chronic reports that Oldham's Paul Norton and Keith
Brennan, both hurt at Batley, look certain to miss Sunday's game.
Scrum-half Brennan, who has ten stitches in a head wound and severe
bruising, was unable to train last night.
Norton sustained a neck injury at Mount Pleasant and it has taken the
strength out of his right
shoulder and right arm. He suspects a trapped nerve and is seeking
a consultation with an acupuncturist.
Steve Molloy, meanwhile, is continuing to make inquiries about strengthening
his squad with a loan signing, but is unlikely to find anyone in time for
Sunday.
