Established in 1871, Rochdale Hornets boasts a long a proud history and an uninterrupted 137 year professional sports presence in Rochdale.

Commercial activity in recent years has gone from strength to strength - the club can boast some excellent relationships with local companies and a strong relationship with its fan base. All of this means that we now need to recruit an experienced Sales / Commercial professional in order for the club to continue to grow.

Reporting to the Board of Directors this is an excellent and exciting role that will include the following;
- identifying and developing new sponsorship opportunities within the local business community
- assisting with the maintenance of long standing and successful sponsor relationships
- working alongside the lottery and community development managers in order to develop mutually benefical relationships
- identifying and working with the club as to ways to increase the fan base

We believe this is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for sport and wants a commercial role within a local community club. To be considered for this role you will need the following:
