Oldham preview
Hornets go into tonight’s game with the defeat last Friday and the comments from Bobbie Goulding still ringing in their ears. Goulding described the performance as “Not acceptable” and he is hoping that the team will rise to the challenge against Oldham at Spotland tonight. That defeat has all but put an end to any chance of qualifying from the group although it would have been a big ask to do so when looking on paper at the squads that both Salford and Oldham have at their disposal. But as everyone knows, rugby league isn’t played on paper and tonight’s game should be as entertaining as ever when Oldham come to town.
