Workington preview
Town boss Dave Rotheram wants his side to cut out the sloppy mistakes as they search for their first Co-operative National League Two victory of the year.Workington lost against Barrow and Gateshead over the Easter weekend and Rotheram admitted: "I was disappointed we didn't get a win.
"We had a poor first half against Gateshead but then we showed what we can do in the second half.
"We've got to play for the full 80 minutes and not have lapses in concentration. Individual errors are costing us dear at the moment."
Rotheram has slight doubts over Robert Lunt (ankle) and Ryan Campbell but is hopeful both players will feature on Sunday.
He added: "Rochdale certainly know their way to the try line and they can score some points. Ainscough and Elston are going well for them and they've got form players in key positions."
Hornets' boss Bobbie Goulding is also demanding more from his side, despite watching his troops rack up a 54-4 victory at London Skolars on Easter Monday.
Goulding said: "We can't seem to play for a full 80 minutes and that's one thing the guys are going to have to learn."
Wayne Corcoran (shoulder) is Goulding's main concern for Sunday's trip to Cumbria.
