A new R.L. Co-ordinator has been appointed for Rochdale. He is 38 year old Carl Richards. The job is jointly funded by the World class programme, Rochdale Council and Hornets. Regional manager for the Northwest rugby league service area Julia Lee sees the post as a big stride in the Rugby League Policy Board's development strategy. "It bodes well for the future of rugby league in Rochdale".
